H.P. - Capturing Sound

Although the track will be playing over all of our footage, we will also be capturing some scratch audio.

This will benefit our production in a number of ways:

• It will help us to align our actor's singing of the track with the official audio, giving us a much closer sync.
• In some shots some sounds from on location will be essential to creating the atmosphere required. For example we need plenty of audio of the crowd cheering and having fun to be used during the introduction to the song, where the music is playing but there is no singing. This will help to quickly immerse the viewer in the video.
